| Oregon Grapevine 60" x 48" / Red Oak This fireplace mantel was custom designed for my client when, after years of looking, she couldn't find anything "out there" that would satisfy her desire to have something very special and truly unique. She knew she wanted a) grapes, and b) a traditional feel. I researched some of the more classic design components of old elegant fireplace mantels and actually picked a bunch of grape leaves off of the concord grapevine trellis over my patio, combined the two and came up with this refreshingly beautiful mantel piece. I have created a mold of this special piece and made it available as a limited edition art casting. |
